Phase 2 & Straw Wattle Support From Louay Toma

Thank you for your time on today’s community call. We appreciate the questions and the opportunity to support you regarding all these avenues. Many thanks also go out to our State and County partners Kendra and Jennifer for their support this afternoon.

As a follow up to the call, a lot of emails have come in.  Please know I will look at these and respond in a timely manner with either insight or forwarding to the appropriate subject matter expert to support you with your request. In the interim, to address items from the call:

Friday (tomorrow) 12/11 & Saturday 12/12 from the hours of 12:00pm to 3:00pm there will be staff at the County Roads and Airports Corporation Yard at 47365 San Antonio Valley Road, Livermore 94550

The following will be available during this event:

Straw wattles –  to help prevent sediment and contaminant migration during rain events (2 per parcel)

  • Phase 2 Debris Removal Assistance
    • Obtain or submit hard-copy applications
    • Obtain assistance with completing applications
    • Ask questions
    • Obtain a free lock to facilitate Phase 2 property access (limited supplies available to those that submit a Right of Entry form)
